Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 21, 2026

Welcome to Sealed Solutions Notary. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Services Provided
Sealed Solutions Notary provides professional notary public services, mobile notary services, estate planning document notarization support, and apostille facilitation services. Our role is to verify identities, witness signatures, administer oaths when required, complete notarial certificates, and perform other duties authorized by Louisiana notary laws.

We do not provide legal advice, interpret legal documents, or determine the legal effect of any document.

2. Notary Services Only — No Legal Advice
Sealed Solutions Notary is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Notaries are prohibited from offering legal advice unless they are separately licensed attorneys.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their documents are properly prepared and meet their personal, legal, financial, or estate planning needs. If you require legal advice, document preparation, or assistance determining which documents are appropriate for your situation, you should consult a licensed attorney.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide valid government-issued identification as required by law.
Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
Ensure all required signers are present and willing to sign.
Confirm that documents are complete before notarization.
Provide a safe and appropriate location for mobile appointments.
Sealed Solutions Notary reserves the right to refuse service when a signer cannot be properly identified, appears unwilling or unable to understand the transaction, appears coerced, or when notarization would violate applicable laws or ethical standards.

4. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Clients are encouraged to provide accurate scheduling information.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and missed appointment fees may apply for appointments canceled with insufficient notice or when the notary arrives and is unable to complete the requested service due to client-related circumstances.

5. Fees & Payments
Fees for notary services, travel, document handling, apostille facilitation, and related services will be communicated before services are performed.

Payment is due according to the agreed terms. Additional fees may apply for expedited services, after-hours appointments, extended wait times, additional signers, or special handling requests.

6. Apostille & Authentication Services
Sealed Solutions Notary provides apostille facilitation services, which may include document review for submission requirements, coordination with appropriate agencies, and document delivery services.

While we make reasonable efforts to assist clients, we do not control processing times, government agency decisions, delays, rejections, or requirements established by state, federal, or foreign authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability
Sealed Solutions Notary performs services with professionalism and care; however, we are not responsible for:

Errors or omissions contained within client-prepared documents.
Legal consequences resulting from the use of notarized documents.
Delays caused by government agencies, mailing carriers, or third parties.
